Review: Tagliatelle with Garlic and Toasted Walnuts
This is one of our favorite meals, especially now in the fall after harvesting our own walnuts. The recipe is quick and easy to make.
We use vegan margarine instead of the butter, and do not use any cheese at all, nor cheese replacements. We enjoy the pure flavors of the garlic and walnuts and add a light sprinkle of red pepper flakes along with a few more chopped parsley leaves when we serve the meal.
