Review: Carottes et Betteraves Râpées
Clotilde Dusoulier of Chocolate and Zucchini created this lovely salad. It’s raw carrots and raw beets, grated with a simple dressing using nut oils and I used white balsamic vinegar instead of her honey vinegar. The recipe is very easy to make and her instructions are great. Her blog is in English, don’t be put off by the title of the recipe. Although she is an omni, many of her recipes are veganizable.
