Review: Vegan Almond Biscotti
We made vegan biscotti for the first time today and they turned out great. They were the traditional almond flavored.
I did add 1 teaspoon extra of almond flavor, and was happy that I did so. The flavor was wonderful, and the house smelled lovely while they were baking.
The recipe is easy to make and turns out very well. Since it is nearly impossible to find vegan ones in the store, we are glad that we can now make our own.
