Last weekend we made our own soy milk and used some of it for this great smoothie, which is easy to make and very healthy.

Puffed Wheat Smoothy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup puffed wheat cereal (without honey)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • capful vanilla extract if not using vanilla soy milk
  • pinch of salt
  • few ice cubes

Puffed Wheat Smoothy

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz.
  2. Depending on thickness you may want to add a few more ice cubes or water.
