Review: Pineapple Macadamia Slaw
We spotted this great recipe created by Christin of the spicy souther kitchen blog. What a delicious salad. We really enjoyed this on a hot summer’s night.
We have often had pineapple slaw, but the addition of the nuts, jalapeños and coconut really made a difference. I would also suggest you toast the nuts and the coconut lightly in a dry pan. It really brings out the flavors of each. We will be having this salad again soon, and bringing to share with friends at the next barbecue.
