The beginning of spring is a difficult time to find fresh food up north. It’s still too cold for vegetables to have sprouted, so many of us turn to our freezers and canned goods in the pantry. This recipe is a great one for this time of the year. It’s not so hard to make them, not any different than ravioli actually, and once you get some practice they go very quickly. Do give them a try.
